Terms and Conditions

 

Kindly take some time out to read our terms and conditions to ensure a fuss-free and enjoyable shopping experience. By shopping with us, you are deemed to have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to the terms as stated below.

 

GENERAL

a. For sales inquiries, kindly email us at sales@airmocks.com with your order number.

b. All transactions (emails and payment verifications) will be attended to within 1-2 working days.

 

PURCHASE AND DELIVERY

 

a. Our delivery service is by J&T Express. Delivery days are from Mon-Sat 9am - 10pm.  

b. You will receive an SMS from our delivery partners after we process your delivery. 

c. We will provide one free redelivery attempt, after which the parcel will be returned.

c. Kindly ensure you have selected the correct item in the correct colors/sizes before checking out. AIRMOCKS will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable in the event the wrong colors/sizes are selected, or if duplicate orders are placed. An administrative fee of $20 would apply in the event of a change in order. 

d. Kindly ensure the full and correct address is stated. Orders with an incomplete/incorrect address may result in lost or delayed mail. Re-deliveries would incur a charge of $20. 

e. If you have a discount code, please ensure you input the code before checking out for the discount to be valid. No refunds will not be made for orders where discount codes are not entered at the point of purchase. 

f. It takes about 3-7 working days for us to process and deliver your product AFTER receiving your payment online. During the peak period, deliveries would take up to 9 working days to process. We seek your kind patience and understanding. 

g. AIRMOCKS reserves the right to accept or reject any order(s). 

 

 

PAYMENT

 

a. We currently accept Paypal or ATOME online through our website. 

 

PURCHASE / REFUNDS

 

a. Please note that by adding item(s) into your cart, it does not signify you have successfully purchased the item(s). Item(s) is only secured upon submission of the delivery form.

b. By carting out the item, it implies your intention and interest to make a purchase. AIRMOCKS will reserve a slot for you.

c. All prices are final upon payment checkout.

d. Order cancellations and returns are refunded in the form of a store credit with a validity period of 6 months. We do not provide cash refunds for any return orders and delivery fees, if any, won't be refunded. Your return will be processed within 5-7 business days from when we receive it.

STORE CREDITS

a. All store credits issued are valid for 6 months only.

b. Store credits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

c. Store credits can be used to offset online purchases only.

d. Store credits cannot be utilized on purchases at our retail stores. Any balance credit amount that is not utilised will not be refunded back to you in cash or credits.

PRE ORDER ITEMS

PRE-ORDER: These are items that are not available and/or are currently sold-out from our physical/online shop. Pre-order or back-order is placing orders in advance which requires a down payment from a client interested in procuring the said item/product. Please make sure you have read and understood all the conditions written here before submitting your Orders.

 

DETAILS, TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. “Full payment” is required & should be made via Online Transfer (Paypal) . We do require our clients to pay the full amount as stated on the invoice.  

2. Cancellation of orders is not allowed once the order has been submitted and paid nor could it be exchanged for other tools/items or services being rendered. All pre-orders made are considered as sold.

3. Estimated Date of Arrival: Shipment is based on the shipping schedule of our selected courier. Although we could track and trace the whereabouts of our package we cannot assure you the exact date and time of its arrival here in Singapore due to several factors such as delays due to unforeseen events beyond our control (Technical problems of the shipping company, Natural Disasters, Customs clearing etc.) For pre-order items, we would state the month in which it should be delivered by, i.e. JAN or FEB, this means that the item will arrive in Singapore by the end of the respective months, i.e END JAN or END FEB. The maximum number of days should not exceed 15 days from the promised delivery date in Singapore or we will proceed with a full refund on your order. Kindly manage your expectations and if you are not able to wait for the duration stated, please do not proceed with the order. 

4. Once the products have landed and been received by our team. You will then be informed via contact number, email address and other social media platforms you have provided. We will immediately have all your orders packed in the next 24 Hours and schedule it for shipment. In the case of lost items during shipment we shall refund in full the amount that you have paid and shall offer a discount on your next possible purchase from us.

5. Pre-orders are non-transferable. All orders made shall ship directly to the person and address specified in the order form. We will not entertain such requests to protect the privacy and security of our clients.

 

 

WARRANTY POLICY

 

Warranty covers:

 

• Technical damages caused by manufacturer: bent/broken at long steel pipe, broken rubber/ ball-bearing.

 

Warranty does not cover:

 

• Hammock frame after usage: rusting due to scratches, broken wooden bar/ rubber/ bag.

• Hammock net after usage: discolored, tatter, torn, slacken.

• Accidental tears, or normal wear and tear.

• Damages in using process due to environmental impacts: water, temperature, chemicals etc.

• Damages due to fastening props in different positions.

• Over static load-endurance 170kg or 200kg.

• Measurements and weight indicated are approximate.

• If some slight/reasonable imperfections are visible on a product (scratches etc), this does not represent a defect because our products are handmade by different craftsmen.

 

International Purchases:

 

• Overseas customers with any defective items to send us photos of the damaged items within 3 days of receiving the item.

• Customer to pay for the return shipping fee to our office in Singapore.

EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Please retain your DO and transaction number for any returns or exchanges. Do note that all exchanges must be made within 3 days of the date of receiving the item.

 

• All exchanges would be done at our office: 62 UBI ROAD 1, #09-13, Oxley Biz Hub 2, S(408734).

• Requests for exchanges would not be entertained after 3 days upon receiving the item.

• Items must be in their original packaging and unused

• Customer to pay for the return shipping fee 

• Exchanges will be accepted on a case by case basis

• Strictly no refunds for all items, refunds will be made in the form of store credits, valid for 6 months. 

 

GIFT CARDS 

 

Redemption: Any unused Gift Card balance will be sent via email separately with another code and applied to purchases in order of earliest expiration date. If a purchase exceeds the redeemers Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid with by credit card, debit card or paypal. Please note that the balance cannot be exchanged for cash.
