Kindly take some time out to read our terms and conditions to ensure a fuss-free and enjoyable shopping experience. By shopping with us, you are deemed to have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to the terms as stated below.
GENERAL
For sales inquiries, kindly email us at sales@airmocks.com with your order number. All payment transactions (emails and payment verifications) will be attended to within 1-2 working days.
PURCHASE AND DELIVERY
We're thrilled to partner with J&T Express to bring your new pieces right to your door, available from Monday to Saturday from 9 AM to 10 PM! Once we process your order, you'll receive a quick SMS from our delivery team to keep you in the loop. Please ensure that you have selected the correct item, color, and size before checking out, as we cannot amend orders once confirmed, and administrative fee may apply for any changes. Remember to input any discount codes before checkout to ensure they are valid, as no refunds will be issued for unentered codes.
We offer one free redelivery attempt; if the parcel is not successfully delivered, it will be returned. An administrative fee of $20 will apply for any changes to your order. Please note that there is a $15 surcharge for deliveries to Sentosa Island, and walk-up apartments without lifts will incur a $5 charge per floor. AIRMOCKS reserves the right to accept or reject any orders.
PURCHASE / REFUNDS
We maintain a straightforward return policy for your convenience. If you have an undamaged product, please return it within 3 days of receipt, ensuring that all original accessories and packaging are included, along with your receipt (or gift receipt). We will process an exchange or issue store credits that are valid for 6 months. Kindly note that the Hitpay fee of 5% and the Atome refund fee of 8% on the purchase amount are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding as we work hard to bring you amazing products and services.
STORE CREDITS
a. All store credits issued are valid for 6 months only.
b. Store credits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
c. Store credits can be used to offset online purchases only.
d. Any balance credit amount that is not utilised will not be refunded back to you in cash or credits.
MADE-TO-ORDER / PRE ORDER ITEMS
PRE-ORDER: These are items that are not available and/or are currently sold-out from our physical/online shop. To pre-order, you can secure your desired products in advance, but please note that full payment is required. We encourage you to carefully read and understand all the conditions related to pre-orders before submitting your order. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and informed shopping experience for all our customers.

“Full payment” is required & should be made. We do require our clients to pay the full amount as stated on the invoice.

Cancellation of orders is not allowed once the order has been submitted and paid nor could it be exchanged for other tools/items or services being rendered. All pre-orders made are considered as sold.

Estimated Date of Arrival: Please allow 4-8 weeks for the Made-to-order items to be shipped to you. We will inform you once the item has arrived in our warehouse. At this time, expedited shipping is not available for made-to-order items. Once the products have landed and been received by our team, you will then be informed via SMS/Whatsapp. Your orders will be packed within the next 24 hours, and delivery will be scheduled shortly thereafter. You can expect your items to arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
WARRANTY POLICY (Hammocks)
Extended 3 - Years Warranty covers:
Manufacturer's defects: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, but not damage caused by normal wear and tear or misuse.
Extended 3 - Years Warranty does not cover:

Hammock frame after usage: rusting due to scratches, broken wooden bar/ rubber/ bag.

Wear and tear, or due to the aging of materials;

Hammock net after usage: discolored, tatter, torn, slacken.

Improper assembly, use or care, contact with animals, damages in using process due to environmental impacts (environments with high heat, high humidity, high salinity or pollutant gases)

Damages due to fastening props in different positions.

Over static load-endurance 170kg or 200kg.

Measurements and weight indicated are approximate.

If some slight/reasonable imperfections are visible on a product (scratches etc), this does not represent a defect because our products are handmade by different craftsmen.
To ensure your claims are effective, please submit them within 14 days of noticing any defects. Don’t forget to include your valid order number and a clear picture of the issue. Keep in mind that replacements might have slight variations in appearance since some parts are hand-finished. You may drop off the item at our office at 66 Tannery Lane, Sindo Building, #01-06e or we can assist in arranging to collect them from you for a fee. We're here to help!
International Purchases:
If you receive a defective item, please send us photos of the damaged product within 3 days of delivery. Please note that overseas customers are responsible for the return shipping fees to our office in Singapore. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to resolving this for you.

WARRANTY POLICY (Home Decor Items/ Furniture)
We offer 6 months warranty for all products on manufacturing faults and defects for residential use only. Do note that our warranty does not cover wear and tear caused by climate conditions, extreme usage, rough handling or improper use of the item.
Most of our furniture is made from natural materials. Unless otherwise specified, our furniture is only suitable for indoor areas with proper ventilation and covered outdoor areas, away from all weather and moist environments.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We’re excited to help you with your exchange! Our exchange policy allows you to exchange items within 3 days from the date of receiving your items. Just remember to bring your receipt along. Make sure your items are unused and in their original packaging. You can easily return them by paying for shipping or by dropping them off at our office at 66 Tannery Lane, Sindo Building, #01-06e. We’ll evaluate exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Please note that we do not offer refunds; however, you will receive store credit valid for 6 months.
GIFT CARDS
Redemption: Any unused Gift Card balance will be sent via email separately with another code and applied to purchases in order of earliest expiration date. If a purchase exceeds the redeemers Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid with by credit card, debit card or paypal. Please note that the balance cannot be exchanged for cash.
